My travel experience with India Kashi Travel Agency was not as expected. There was a lack of coordination during the trip and there were delays at some places. The guide was expected to give more information, but it did not happen. Also, some of the facilities that were included in the package were not available. I think if the agency coordinates better with the customers and improves the service quality, it can become a great travel agency.
My trip with Bharat Kashi Travel Agency was decent. The package price was a little high, but the services were satisfactory. The hotel arrangements were good and the vehicle was also clean. However, the guide could have been a little more knowledgeable and a little better time management was needed during the trip. Still, overall it was a satisfactory experience. With some improvements this agency can do very well.
